▶ポイント

・陰茎癌のTNM分類の変遷に注意し，どれを採用し評価したかの記載が必要である．

・伝統的には切除マージンは20mmとされていたが，最近では5mmほどでも十分安全とされる報告が多い．ただし，術中迅速病理で断端陰性を確認することと，こまめな経過観察を遵守できる患者選択で局所再発に対応する必要性がある．
