▶ポイント

・性腺外胚細胞腫の的確な診断のためには，若年者の場合はまずは胚細胞腫の可能性を念頭に置き，腫瘍マーカー（AFP，HCG，HCG-β，LDH）を測定し，画像診断をしっかり行うことが重要である．

・治療においては，IGCC分類に従い，導入化学療法を規定通り行うことがきわめて重要である．
