▶ポイント

・急性前立腺炎の起炎菌として，淋菌やクラミジアはまれである．

・大腸菌による急性前立腺炎の一部は性感染症である．

・尿路感染症を有する女性との性交渉は，急性前立腺炎発症の高リスクである．
