▶ポイント

・CP/CPPSは，多様な病因が関与するため，単一の病因を治療標的としても効果は不十分である．

・主要症状・症候（ドメイン）を6つ（性機能を含めると7つ）に分類し，陽性ドメイン別に標的治療を行うのがUPOINT（S）分類である．

・陽性ドメイン数とNIH-CPSIスコアの相関はよく，適正標的治療により症状改善効果は高まる．
