・患者の症状や不安，生活への支障の程度を考えながら，適切な検査や治療を提案する．

・診療を通じて，患者自身が疾患や自分の症状を理解し，セルフマネジメントできるように指導する．

・症状が軽度の場合は，検査や治療を開始せず経過観察することも1つの選択肢である．
