▶ポイント

・EAUから出されているchronic pelvic painのガイドラインでは，多領域にまたがり，包括的な診断と治療を行うことが推奨されている．

・CPPSは感染やほかの明らかな局所の病理学的所見が証明されていない症状症候群である．

・CPPSの治療において患者の治療満足度を向上させるためには，多職種介入マルチサポートの構築が重要となる．
