▶ポイント

・CP/CPPSは，さまざまな要因により形成される複雑な発症機序があるため，病態解析が重要である．

・CP/CPPSの複雑な発症機序を想定して，基礎研究ではさまざまな動物モデルを用いた研究が行われている．

・炎症細胞の主体はマクロファージとT細胞であり，炎症細胞が産生するサイトカインおよびケモカインが病態を反映するバイオマーカーとなる可能性がある．
