▶ポイント
・加齢により精液量は低下する.ほかの一般的な精液所見パラメータである精子濃度や運動率,奇形率については一貫したデータはない.
・加齢によりDNA損傷を来した精子の割合が高くなり,自然妊娠や人工授精での妊娠が達成しづらくなる(加齢変化による精子の質の低下).
・精子の老化においても卵子の老化と同じように,“35歳”という年齢が1つの区切りになる.
