精索静脈瘤・MetS・薬物が造精機能に及ぼす影響

▶ポイント

・精索静脈瘤は精巣温度が高まることや，精液中の活性酸素量が必要以上に増加することから精液所見を悪化させる．

・ダイエットによりメタボリック症候群を改善させると，精液所見が改善する．

・生殖年齢の男性患者に抗がん剤を投与する際には，常に治療後の晩期合併症である無精子症に配慮した説明が求められる．
