女性下部尿路症状に対する尿流動態検査の有用性

▶ポイント

・排尿後残尿測定は非侵襲的な検査で,下部尿路障害を診断する第一選択の検査になりうる.

・膀胱内測定により,蓄尿障害の原因であるDOや低コンプライアンス膀胱が診断できる.

・女性下部尿路閉塞の診断は,controversialであるが,Qmax/Pdet@Qmaxのカットオフ値と臨床症状の組み合わせで診断されている.

・最近のトピックスである排尿筋低活動についても,UDSのパラメータの基準値は決まっていない.

・UDSにアーチファクトはつきものであるので,その解釈には注意を要する.
