尿流測定と残尿量測定のポイント

▶ポイント

・尿流測定および残尿量測定は簡便に下部尿路機能障害をスクリーニングできる方法であるが，下部尿路閉塞や排尿筋収縮力の正確な診断には至らない．

・尿流測定では尿流カーブの波形，尿流率，排尿量および尿流時間に注目する．

・残尿量の解釈においては，単回測定の数値にのみとらわれず，複数回の測定や患者の状態を総合的に判断することが必要である．
