内圧尿流検査と透視下尿流動態検査

▶ポイント

・膀胱の収縮力は等容性排尿筋圧で評価するが，これはBCIで推定できる．

・膀胱出口部閉塞は最小尿道開口圧で評価するが，これはBOOIで推定できる．

・透視下尿流動態検査は，脊髄障害や二分脊椎に伴う神経因性下部尿路機能障害の評価として必須である．
