▶ポイント

・女性の尿失禁では腹圧性尿失禁が最も多いが，高齢女性では混合性尿失禁の頻度が多い．

・腹圧性尿失禁の手術適応は，軽度でも患者の希望があれば考慮してよい．

・混合性尿失禁は，術前に病態をできるだけ精査して，術後の切迫性尿失禁の残存やde novo urgencyについて十分説明を行うことが重要である．
