仙骨神経刺激療法

▶ポイント

・難治性過活動膀胱の治療として，2017年9月から仙骨神経刺激療法が保険適用となった．

・まず経皮的に仙骨神経にリード線を挿入し，体外から試験刺激を行う．効果が認められれば持続刺激用の電池を植え込む．

・リード線挿入術は治療効果の成否を決める重要な行程である．術中に電気刺激による反射を確認しながら留置位置を決定する．
