Point

◆術直前の脱水状態は避けるべきである．単純に腹腔鏡下手術の容易さを目的とした腸管洗浄は勧められない．

◆術中はゼロバランスを意識して適切な循環動態モニタリングのもとに，必要に応じて迅速な膠質液によるchallengeや血管作動薬使用を行う．

◆術後は早期の経口摂取再開と点滴中止を目指す．
