Point

◆腎尿管全摘除術後には，膀胱内再発のリスクが高いことをあらかじめ説明しておく．

◆皮膚切開が長いため，硬膜外麻酔や鎮痛剤による疼痛管理が重要である．

◆高齢者が多いため，術後の早期離床に努め合併症を防ぐことが重要である．
