Point

◆精巣癌や上部尿路癌で適応される術式で，初回治療として施行されることもあるが，化学療法後に行われることも多く，治療前後の状況により手術の難易度はまちまちである．

◆術前カンファレンスにより郭清範囲を検討し，他臓器の合併切除が必要な場合には他科との連携をとっておく．手術創が上腹部から下腹部に及ぶため術後の疼痛対策も重要で，麻酔科医との連携も重要である．

◆術後の乳び腹水は注意すべき合併症の1つであり，術中のリンパ管の確実な結紮を心がける．
