Point

◆Lap-RPLNDは，保険収載されている術式ではない．限られた施設のみで行われる先進医療Aの区分の術式である．

◆セミノーマの化学療法後や，化学療法後にBulkyな腫瘍を伴う症例に対しては開腹手術を選択している．すべての症例が，Lap-RPLNDの適応ではない．

◆Lap-RPLNDは，従来の開腹手術に比べて低侵襲性では勝る．
