Point

◆ロボット支援膀胱全摘除術は頭低位で行う手術であり，しかも長時間に及ぶため，視力障害など，手術に起因しない合併症発症のリスクがある．

◆ロボット支援膀胱全摘除術は，開腹手術に比べ出血量は少なく，より低侵襲な手術であるといえる．

◆尿路変向を併せて行う必要があり，どこまでロボットを使用して手術を行うのか，チームの習熟度に合わせて事前に方針を決めておく必要がある．
