Point

◆ERAS^®プロトコルに従い術前の絶飲食期間を短縮し，過剰な下剤使用を避ける．

◆術中，術後の過剰な補液を避ける．

◆術後疼痛コントロールを強化する．

◆術後感染症予防抗菌薬投与法についてはガイドラインに準じる．

◆早期離床，早期リハビリ開始を行い，術後3日目程度のなるべく早い段階で経口摂取を開始する．
