Point

◆生検から手術までの待機期間を必要とする場合でも，病状進行の可能性は低いことを説明する．

◆長時間の頭低位に伴う視力障害の報告があり，緑内障の既往がある場合は，眼科にコンサルトしておく．

◆不適切な術中体位は，下肢コンパートメント症候群の発症リスクとなる．発症した場合は，重篤な後遺症害を残す場合もあり注意を要する．
