Point

◆尿道下裂の治療の基本は病態に応じた適切な手術手技の遂行であるが，手術に臨んでの周辺環境の整備や事前準備の徹底化，手術室内のチームワークが重要である．

◆患児および保護者（両親）とは，術前通院と入院治療のみでなく術後の通院など長い付き合いになるので，インフォームド・コンセントによる信頼関係の構築が重要である．

◆各施設の特徴に合わせた周術期管理マニュアルを作成する．状況に応じて微調整や修正を行う．
