Point

◆陰核形成術および陰唇形成術はその美容的外観が乳児期から重要であり，思春期以降では性的刺激に対する外陰部の感覚を保つことが重要である．

◆腟形成術では性交渉が可能な腟の口径と深さを確保することが重要であり，妊孕性や経腟分娩が可能かどうかなどが問題になってくる．

◆女性化外陰部形成術は長期にわたるフォローアップが必要な術式である．
