Point

◆挙児希望の患者には勧められない．

◆混合性尿失禁患者においては，術前に尿失禁が残存する可能性を十分に説明することが重要である．

◆スリングテープの調整によって，術後排尿障害や尿失禁の残存の有無を確認する必要がある．

◆術後晩期合併症として，テープが尿道や膀胱内に露出することがある．
