Point

◆手術を受けても，妊孕性や症状の改善が得られない可能性があることを説明する．

◆顕微鏡下低位結紮術においては，確実な動脈，リンパ管の温存と，すべての静脈の切断が合併症の予防に直結する．したがって，根気よく丁寧な手術を心がける．

◆末梢神経障害やDVTなど，手術操作と直接関係のない合併症の発生にも十分注意を払う．
