Point

◆術前に糖尿病の有無とコントロール状況を把握し，適切に対応することが重要である．

◆未治療の甲状腺機能異常では周術期合併症のリスクが高く，手術延期を考慮する．

◆褐色細胞腫の手術はほかの手術に優先すべきである．
