Point

◆術後の回復力強化プログラムであるERAS^®プログラム（fast track surgery）を念頭に，周術期の管理を行う．

◆術前評価を慎重に行い，栄養管理・リハビリなどの積極的な介入を実施する．

◆個々の患者について認知機能や臓器機能，併存疾患を十分に評価し，本人・家族と相談しつつ，柔軟な治療法選択を心がける．
