▶ポイント

・ロボットでの尿管剝離は愛護的に行い，周囲に十分な血管を残す．

・回腸導管では，腹腔外操作に移行する前に，左尿管の右側への誘導を余裕のある長さ，かつ自然な走行で行う．

・回腸導管では，通常の開腹手術と同様に十分な血流が確保できる導管切離部位を選定し，導管・尿管にねじれや過度なテンションがかからないように留意する．
