▶ポイント

・シスプラチンを含む多剤併用術前化学療法の有用性が，複数の無作為化比較試験において証明されている．

・術前化学療法において推奨されるレジメン・コース数については，明確なエビデンスが存在しない．

・術前化学療法に比べると術後化学療法のエビデンスは乏しく，術前化学療法の施行を優先すべきである．
