▶ポイント

・分子標的薬治療は完治を目指す治療ではなく，効果と副作用のバランスを考慮した使用が求められる．ただし，免疫チェックポイント阻害薬との併用により完治が目指せる可能性が出てきており，その立ち位置は変わりつつある．

・副作用を患者にも理解してもらい，予防とともに早期に休薬・減量を含む副作用対策をすることが有効性を維持する秘訣である．

・副作用対策には看護師や他科と連携しチームを組んでマネジメントを行う．
