▶ポイント

・進行腎癌・尿路上皮癌における免疫チェックポイント阻害薬は，生存期間延長を期待できるキードラッグである．

・前立腺癌や副腎癌においてMSI-High固形癌として免疫チェックポイント阻害薬の適応となる症例が存在する．

・副作用は細胞障害性抗がん剤や分子標的薬と比べて少ないが，自己免疫疾患様の病態や内分泌代謝異常に注意する．
