GC療法による膀胱癌術前抗がん剤治療の有効性の検討―術前抗がん剤の効果による予後予測

文献概要

　膀胱癌に対して根治的膀胱全摘除術を施行した96例について，GC療法によるNACの有効性を検討した．NAC施行群は60例，未施行群は36例であった．DFS，OSはNACの有無で有意差は認めなった．NAC施行群においてダウンステージを認めた症例は，それ以外と比べDFS，OSともに有意に良好な成績であった．多変量解析の結果，NACによるダウンステージがDFS，OSを予測する独立因子であった．
