▶ポイント

・夜間頻尿は高齢者の最も困る症状であり，加齢とともに増加する．

・夜間頻尿の原因としては，下部尿路疾患，水分過剰摂取，睡眠障害，高血圧などがある．

・夜間頻尿は自らの自覚によって改善できる要素が多く，予後に関連することから，患者教育・啓発活動が重要である．
