▶ポイント

・過活動膀胱は高齢者に多い疾患である．

・過活動膀胱は転倒・骨折とも関連しているといわれており，重要な病態と考えられる．

・過活動膀胱の治療にあたっては，高齢者の機能低下などに注意して少量から薬剤を開始すること，認知機能などを考慮し個々の症例に応じた薬剤選択が重要である．
