▶ポイント

・小線源治療＋外照射＋ホルモン療法を併用するトリモダリティ治療は，外照射単独＋ホルモン治療と比較して良好な生化学的非再発率が得られることが証明されている．

・トリモダリティ治療は，より悪性度が高いGleasonスコア9,10でほかの治療と比較して高い有効性を示すことが報告されている．

・トリモダリティ治療は，外照射または小線源治療単独に比べ尿路有害事象の頻度が高い可能性が報告されている．
