▶ポイント

・前立腺癌の“oligometastases”の定義づけを行う必要がある．

・限局癌と同等の手術の安全性の確保ならびに，転移癌への手術への選択基準の設定も重要である．

・手術だけではなく，①局所（前立腺）治療，②転移巣への直接治療，③全身治療といった全体の治療ストラテジーの構築も考慮しなければならない．
