▶ポイント

・初発のオリゴ転移性前立腺癌に対する放射線治療の効果が注目されている．

・前立腺ならびに全転移巣を加療するmetastatic-directed therapyの有効性を検証中である．

・前立腺局所への放射線治療の追加によって，5個未満の転移巣を有するlow volume症例のOS改善が期待される．
