▶ポイント

・HNPCにおいて，ホルモン療法にドセタキセルを6コース併用することでOSの延長が確認された．

・HNPCにおけるドセタキセルの効果が期待できる患者像は，腫瘍量が多く，初診時に転移を有するケースである．

・ドセタキセル後のFNの頻度は，CRPCよりもHNPCで高い傾向が報告されているため，注意深い管理が必要である．
