▶ポイント

・ALA-PDDは膀胱癌において，特に平坦病変や微小病変の検出に優れている．

・ALA-PDDは診断精度のみならず，治療効果の改善効果も示す．

・ALA-PDD実施時は偽陽性を念頭に置いて，TURBTに臨む必要がある．
