去勢抵抗性前立腺癌（CRPC）における局所療法

要旨

　近年，少数か所の転移，いわゆるoligometastasisの前立腺癌症例に対する治療の有効性が話題になっている．多くは内分泌療法感受性症例に対するものであるが，去勢抵抗性前立腺癌（CRPC）に対する治療成績も少数ながら報告されている．本稿では，CRPC症例における局所治療ということで，oligometastasisに対する治療，M0症例での原発巣の治療について最近の文献をレビューし，解説する．
