▶ポイント

・骨転移はすみやかな診断とただちに治療方針を決定することが最も重要である．

・腎細胞癌骨転移は手術を実施することが多く，可能であれば局所根治手術を目指す．

・前立腺癌は骨転移に対しても内分泌療法や骨修飾薬，放射線治療などが有効だが，構築学的問題がある場合には手術が必要である．
