▶ポイント

・尿路上皮癌に対する殺細胞性抗がん剤のキードラッグはシスプラチンである．

・カルボプラチンは腎機能障害がある症例に対しても安全に使用できるが，その効果はシスプラチンに劣るため，安易に代替薬として使用することは避ける．

・免疫チェックポイント阻害薬，FGFR阻害薬などの新規薬剤の開発が進んでおり，薬物治療は今後大きく変化する可能性がある．
