文献概要

▶ポイント

・筋層浸潤性膀胱癌は予後不良の全身性疾患であり，局所療法のみでは根治が難しいため，術前補助化学療法（ネオアジュバント療法）を積極的に活用し治療成績向上を図るべきである．

・根治膀胱全摘除術＋尿路変向術は高侵襲であるため，低侵襲な術式を選択するべきである．

・かつて予後を改善すると思われていた拡大リンパ節郭清は現在臨床試験中であり，今後標準治療になるかは結果を待たねばならない．
