・無症状の包茎や陰囊水腫にむやみに治療介入しない．

・包茎と埋没陰茎とは手術方法が全く異なる．

・停留精巣では術後に再上昇と萎縮を起こさない手術が求められる．

・先天性水腎症と膀胱尿管逆流は診療手引きを活用する．
