▶ポイント

・尿路感染症の治療は，耐性菌の可能性，尿路や全身の基礎疾患を想定しつつ行う．

・耐性菌に対応するためには，培養検査が必要である．

・感染症治療の基本の1つはドレナージであり，積極的に考慮する．不要な場合には不要な理由を考える．

・性感染症の診療は，泌尿器科医がすべき領域であり，日本性感染症学会のガイドラインを活用する．
