▶ポイント

・腎代替療法（RRT）の緊急導入基準は，“AUEO”〔Acidosis（アシドーシス），Uremia（尿毒症症状），Electrolyte abnormalities（電解質異常＝高カリウム血症），volume Overload（体液過剰）〕である．

・血液透析患者の急変は中2日の透析前と透析後に多い．透析前の高カリウム血症だけではなく，透析後の低カリウム血症にも注意する．

・血液透析患者の血圧評価は1週間単位での血圧変動を視野に入れる．
