▶ポイント

・結核菌群のうち，結核菌とウシ型結核菌はヒトに感染力をもつ．ウシ型結核菌を弱毒化したBCGもヒトに感染する可能性がある．

・尿路性器結核患者の尿に感染性はないが，標準予防策を行い，排膿を伴う場合は接触感染予防策も行う．

・BCGの調製時には個人用防護具（PPE）を装着する．BCG注入後の尿は次亜塩素酸ナトリウムにて処理し廃棄する．
