▶ポイント

・手術時の手洗いは，抗菌性石鹸（スクラブ剤配合のクロルヘキシジン製剤，ポビドンヨード製剤）と流水による手洗い，または擦式消毒用アルコール製剤によるラビング法が推奨されている．両者に手術部位感染（SSI）の発症率の差はなく，現在ではラビング法が普及しつつある．

・手術用手袋は，SSI対策や職業感染の観点から二重装着が望ましい．

・術野の皮膚消毒薬にSSI発症率の差はないが，その特徴を把握したうえで，アレルギーや術野部位に応じて適切に使用することが重要である．
