Raoultella ornithinolyticaによる下部尿路感染症

文献概要

　71歳男性．他院入院中に，尿道カテーテルを留置．抜去後も排尿時痛などが遷延していると当院初診．尿検査にて膿尿があり，下部尿路感染症と診断し，セフジトレンピボキシルを投与．尿培養検査でRaoultella ornithinolyticaが陽性であった（10⁶CFU/mL）．
