▶ポイント
・低活動膀胱(UAB)とその背景となる排尿筋低活動(DU)の原因は中枢,末梢の多岐にわたる.
・UAB/DUの誘因として,老化,中枢での神経障害,糖尿病,膀胱出口部閉塞,膀胱虚血,末梢神経傷害に伴う膀胱レベルでの神経性,筋原性の変化が挙げられる.
・UAB/DUの病態解析には,臨床データに基づいた複数の動物モデルによる複合的な研究が必要である.
